fraudulent seller
I bought a therapeutic lamp , I didn't know that the seller was in India , I received the lamp with plug to 240V. I live in USA we use 120/ 110 V so the item does not work. I requested the refund but I have the problem to receive it because I paid with a gift card and I discard it. I was talking CS requesting send the money in check to my house and they refuse it, Only told me that money back the same card I paid. ????? So what I need to do? I have spent a lot time the first time trying to explain the seller that they need to know what kind the power use in different countries where they sell...... hard time. I am not only my time my money too.
