Fraudulent Seller
I bid on an item in the Oct ‘22. The item never arrived and the seller didn’t refund me but kept promising they would. A few weeks ago I was sent a make an offer for the same item under a different seller name. Not realising that it was the same seller until I messaged them, I confronted them. They said they hadn’t been able to find my info when the item was returned to them to get a hold of me to refund me and that they would resend it with a tracking number . They haven’t sent that info. In 20+ years I have never come across such an appalling seller. Why on earth not just send the item? They go by babkalove and are based in the UK. Is there anything that can be done?
