This seller. SkyHighJewelry is pretty obviously selling fake items. What is really troubling is that every few days Ebay is erasing his negative feedback and giving him 100%. It is the only reason I purchased, this 100% rating. Days later I begin to notice the negative feedbacks come in saying its fake gold and glass not diamonds. Ebay then erased this review. Days later he gets more and they get deleted. Now he just got a few more and finally they are sticking but for how long? I paid for this item on the 2nd. It is marked as shipped with no tracking. What are my options here? Can i file now for fraud or do i have to wait till jan 26th when the scheduled delivery has passed ? He also has many transactions for 1 cents by the same person artificially inflating his score. How is this allowed on Ebay? This guys entire account is built off fraud and deception and the person that is supposed to protect us, Ebay, is helping them by erasing honest feedback. Also, this seller will not reply to messages.

If the item does come, how to I prove its fake, and make sure that Ebay honors their MBG? This seller is clearly a scam artist and has been on here scamming since 2018, how do I ensure Ebay does not give him another get outta jail free card? How do i prove the item is fake and get my money back in case he actually send the fake item which will probably happen seeing how he collected 2500 for a 3$ item?

I am afraid that he sends me a fake item, and when I return it for my MBG, he says it was real but I replaced it with a fake? How can I protect myself from this fraud?
