Fraudulent sales on EBay
Ebay not helping with completely non-functioning item PLUS I bought the protection plan!! After contacting the company, they offered a $11.95 refund on a $31 product that DOES NOT WORK. I am getting really frustrated with the spam sales through EBay and the difficulty with their process if the company selling a product is fraudulent and won't rectify their false advertising. I have yet to figure out how to get EBay Commerce to get involved - of course their is not direct way to interact with them.
Anyone have suggestions to get my refund? Thanks

According to your Feedback page, you can see the following:
