I would like to share with you an unpleasant experience that happened to me. A person bought a pair of sneakers from my store, she very kindly asked to return them with the claim that they did not fit, until then he seemed very honest to me because most buyers say that it does not match the description or photos to get a refund complete. My disappointment was great when I realized that the person had changed the shoes that I sold her for her old shoes and also in another size! I asked eBay for help with this case and they immediately decided in favor of the buyer. Seeing that this was unfair, I decided to appeal the case, but unfortunately this was more frustrating. I received a message that eBay takes this type of fraud very seriously and until then I felt good and hopeful that I would get a fair response. But after they asked me to sign an affidavit, it made me feel bad, like they accused me of lying and committing fraud. My confusion was enormous and I came to the conclusion that it will always be better to lose material things than for others to question the honesty and credibility of my words and I will make an effort to assimilate that the right thing is not always obtained, and it will be healthier for me to lean on the good comments that I receive from clients with very nice qualities that lift my spirits when I read them in my profile.
I understand that eBay has a hard time believing something that they are not actually seeing live, but in my opinion these types of incidents should be looked at more closely, I don't think this is new and that it only happens to me. (which by the way is not the first time I have received something like this) If I asked for help with the case it is because I wanted you to see the photos and realize that I received an exchange blatantly made by the buyer who saw an opportunity to have newer shoes than those that I already had and for free, something that is unacceptable for me. I understand that unfortunately I will have to accept that there will always be people who will continue to blatantly abuse eBay's return policy.
