Fraudulent return
I listen an item for sale which was eventually purchased. The listing and photos show the item as a size 42. Furthermore, the box for this item had a barcode that was distinctively smudged which was shown in the listing photos. The buyer requested a return in which they submitted photos of a size 43 and a box without a smudged bar code of the same type of item. I sent a return shipping label to the buyer and contacted customer service. The item was shipped back to me. When I received the return it was not what I had sent. I sent eBay photos of the item I received as well as of the item I sent, clearly showing two different items. Ebay sided with the buyer and issued them a refund. What can I do ?
