Fraudulent return.
I bought a product and it is the wrong size (Pickup bed cover). I requested a return and the seller states he has sent a return label but has not. I keep getting emails from him asking me to take a minimal refund and keep the product. When I ask ebay to step in they state that the seller is waiting for me to return the product. How do I proceed as I think this seller has found a loophole to keep Ebay from stepping in to help.

Mentor1 year agoIf you filed a returns request through ebay, and the seller accepted it, ebay sends you a link to print the return shipping label. There is a date that you must return the item by. If you do not ship the item back by that date, the seller can close the case, and you keep the item. Make sure the carrier scans the label when you take the package to the carrier for the return.
