Fraudulent refund request
I sold an item I got great feedback.. the buyer requested another order but wanted it outside eBay..I declined..I later received a dispute she filed with her bank .she never contacted me for one or complained or went through eBay.. before there was even a decision I received the item back and it was only a portion of what she received..she kept the items with the highest resale value..she told the bank she didn't know what the item was when she bought it.. when her feedback said she loved everything it was exactly what she wanted.. the bank found in her favor of course.. because they didn't have the facts.. eBay charged my account for $195 her refund plus $20 to eBay for return fee.. the amount wasn'tĀ in my account and I was chargedĀ an overdraft fee of $30 from my bank which resulted in more returned items because I'm on a fixed income and don't have any extra money so it was a nightmare financially and my reputation with the bank.. I tried unsuccessfully over and over again to get eBay to help me they said since she went through the bank it wasn't there issue but they would reverse the $20 that they charged me for a returned item fee.. I now can't sell on eBay because they'll take the money and pay the claim ..I didn't get all the item back to resell.I can't put money in my bank that is more than the amount that they're trying to take because I'm not going to pay for something that's just not right.. everything about it is fraudulen and eBay is assisting her.. I don't know what to do.. I love selling on eBay they say they can't help me because she went through her bank but they're the ones taking the money I can't even get the name of her bank so that I could fix it through them she won't give it to me they won't give it to me and my bank it's just says eBay so they don't have the bank information either.. I'm at a loss and don't know what else to do I've done customer care I called where the payment was supposed to go they said they can't do anything they just collect money it's not just a couple of dollars ..I'm a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income ..I've never had a buyer that ever had an issue and she didn't even contact me that she had any issues I couldn't even do anything about her not returning all the items ..I know there probably isn't anything else I can do.. this is my last hope I didn't even know you this was available..a friend suggested it.. I've never asked for help from strangers but I'm asking now.. if someone has an idea of how I can sell again and get eBay to stop trying to get the money..my gratitude would be immeasurable..
