fraudulent purchase from a buyer
 Hello, can someone help me, this person bought me this part for the car, everything is taxed until he sent me a message stating that the part was damaged and he sent me a photo of the damaged part but when I saw the photo I realized that it is not the same part I sent him, so I told him to send me more photos and the part number, I wanted to mention that the part I sent him had yellow marks that I put on the foot in different parts and he always covered them with his hands, not letting the wind see. the part, then he complained to ebay saying that the part does not match my description of my ad, when he was complaining to me that the part was damaged and ebay does nothing and my account is restricted, what can I do
