You'll need to report that to your credit card company.
If the person who used your card also used your PayPal account (vs. attaching your credit card # to their account), you'll need to report that to PayPal as well. Change your PayPal password immediately.
Thank you. I reported this to PayPal first, as there was no order in my eBay account. I'm still waiting for a follow-up response from PayPal (they are "investigating"). I figured I should also pursue with eBay so that this doesn't occur again. I can see where packages were delivered and have invoice, order numbers and tracking info. A quick Google search indicates others have had this same info/address show up in their PayPal account and refunds still not granted. I will address with my bank, as well, but would like to know how to look up the items purchased through eBay. I can't though my acct. because the order was not placed by me. Currently, I am out $240 for whatever was purchased. UPS tracking shows the actual address of delivery and even gives the name "Carol" as the recipient. Very frustrating!
As both responders have advised on this thread, you need to call your bank ASAP. That's THE most important step. Someone has access to your account # and can continue using it until you do.

EBay can do nothing for you.
