Fraudulent practices
Listed my item, used debit card to receive payment as its advertised at the time you sell the item for same day payment. Provided tracking, shipped overnight, Item received, seller paid, seller contacted eBay saying he received. eBay’s inept off shore customer service has a different answer as to when I will get paid. Saturday was told when seller confirms delivery, he did. Plus I provided tracking. So they knew the buyer received regardless of him confirming. Today I was told per EBay’s policy my funds are now on hold for 15 days because I’m a new seller. I e been a member since 2014. I will cancel my account when I receive my money. As this whole organization is shady, rude, and inept.

Have you signed up for managed payments and linked your checking account to eBay?
New and infrequent sellers -- as well as sellers of items $1000 or more -- are subject to payment holds of up to 31 days.
