Fraudulent order
Hi guys. I placed an order from a store, the payment went through, and my package was shipped. When the package reached the post office in my city, it was intercepted (it later turned out that eBay had marked my order as fraudulent) and sent back to the store. The item has already been returned to the store, and it’s been 4 business days since then. I haven’t received a refund yet. This is my first time dealing with something like this, so I’m asking for advice on what to do. I contacted the seller, and they said that eBay handles the refunds, but so far nothing has happened.

Below are some links you'll need to open an Item Not Received request. Be sure to keep an eye on the case and be ready to Ask eBay to step in if/when needed. Good luck:
