Fraudulent Negative Feedback
How can I contest feedback someone left over 90 days ago (within 180 days) that is totally fraudulent regarding a motherboard I sold? I post USA only and the buyer is in Azerbaijan (so clearly used a freight forwarder who should be liable), never filed for a refund despite claiming it was broken...etc. It seems almost impossible to contact Ebay.
