Fraudulent merch
I bought a fake item recently and when I went to return it the item was missing from my history and the seller was no longer listed as a registered user. eBay chat and email are not working. Any suggestions?

If you are unable to get a refund from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer protection for up to six months from the date of purchase.
