Fraudulent medical at home test items
Hello all,
How do I get help from Ebay in the case of fraudulent items? I have not been able to find a way to get to customer service as all the options just keeps me in circles of the very same options again. I remember a while back where they had a phone number, and I had really great help from Ebay by a really pleasant life person.
The item is a take home medical test. I have been in contact with the manufacturer.
The issue is the these tests have been cancelled due to lab issues. They were supposed to have been destroyed or sent back. What is obvious is that these useless inventory "got out" and entered the Ebay market stream. The company tracks these test down to each specific test kit as each has a unique ID that can be easily traced.
But on the surface, the packaging, which were designed to be old off the shelf looks completely in tact. It was only upon attempting to use them is when the fraud was discovered.
Any help would be good.

Mentor2 years agoEvery eBay item listings has a "Report item" link that can be used to alert eBay to policy violations or fraud suspicions.
