FRAUDULENT LITTLE BLACK DRESS AVON VINTAGE ORIGINAL PERFUME
A seller here has sent me a tampered with fraudulent bottle of perfume. I know EXACTLY what the perfume is suppose to look like, smell like as I've been wearing this scent for many years. I have a couple of bottles from the REAL AUTHENTIC Avon perfume and the bottle i was sent, IS NOT authentic or original. The seller even had the audacity to send the bottle in an original perfume box making it to seem like its real. When I know for a fact that its not real! Here is something else I find to be the most disturbing and quite frankly disgusting, the bottle of perfume I recieved I do believe I was sent a bottle with urine in it. It smells like pee, it looks like pee, and bubbles up like pee when you shake the bottle. And the bottle is clearly not the original bottle as it has odd denting on the top of the bottle, the bottom sticker is clearly not from the original classic perfume, as I have true original authentic bottles to compare.
Does anyone know how I can correct this seller and have further action take appropriate action?

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. A Buyer has 30 days from delivery to open an Item Not as Described refund request. From your Purchase History, select the item and request to return for a refund. The Seller will be notified and will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a full refund. If they do not, on the fourth day you can ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
