Fraudulent Listings - how to report to ebay when "about this item" isn't set up as a link

I have been looking at several Generac Whole House Generators listings and noticed several are obviously fraudulent for the following reasons:

1. They are using USPS ground advantage which cannot ship something this heavy

2. The "About this item" link is not active

3. The price is exceptionally low compared to legitimate sites

How do you report these sites to ebay when found?

You can report suspicious listings using the "?" icon in the lower right of the listing if you are using a desktop browser.

Or you can report the seller through the Help page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022

Note that unless the listing violates policy, eBay may not take any action based on a report from a single user.

Listing an expensive item cheaply is not actually a policy violation on its face, though buyers would still be foolish to expect a "too good to be true" deal to be true. The fraud does not take place until the advertised item fails to arrive.
