fraudulent listing - seller location not truthfully disclosed
Listing stated seller and item location Arizona USA. Actual seller location Givatayim Israel, which was only disclosed after purchase complete and paid for. Order info shows item shipped but tracking button on Purchase History shows no tracking available - supposed shipper (CoreTrails) not in posession of item. eBay refuses to allow cancellation. Options?

Mentor4 months agoCoreTrails is a tracking service, not a shipper.
The item will probably be sent from a warehouse in the US, perhaps from Amazon.
Be aware of the estimated date of delivery as shown in the order details in your purchase history and if that date passes without receiving your item, file a Refund Request.

* Personal note: I recently dealt with a similar purchase, seller located in Israel and used CoreTrails to track. It did not go well at all. Had to get Ebay involved and received a refund. Hope you have better luck.
Before purchasing items on Ebay, always look to see where the seller is located.
