Purcased Phone June 2025 as new OEM in box. Was not the case. Phone had non OEM parts including glass and rear of phone. Hardware missing inside of phone with marked up componets. How do I get my money back from ebay

·6 months agoThe eBay money back guarantee lasts for 30 days. Most credit card companies allow chargebacks for 180 days. Both timelines have passed, so there’s nothing that can be done after this length of time.
