Fraudulent listing
I just discovered that an auction was posted on my account back in July. It sold and the buyer paid, but has since been refunded. What can I do about this? I didn't not list this item for sale.

Mentor3 weeks ago@togadude Nothing to do now other than change your passwords on eBay and your email account if you think your eBay account was hacked. Hacked accounts start with a hacked email. The passwords should be unique for each account.
Since this item was listed 4 years ago as @momtoabeautifuldaughter pointed out it is most likely a listing that you forgot to delete when you stopped selling. Buy it now items stay for sale until canceled or sold.
If the buyer asks for a refund then you do need to refund them, if not then eBay will force the refund from your account and you will not get your sellers fees back.

Mentor3 weeks agoShows that item has been listed for at least 4 years....so in 4 years you never noticed you had an item for sale?
