I purchased earring that turned out to be fake.How do i get my money back?Sellers says no returns

If it's been 30 days or less since delivery, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy. If you are within the eBay return window, you can open an Item Not as Described refund request.

If it's been more than 30 days, you may be able to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.

@wozie0_0 Sorry your item is not as described. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request. If it is past 30 days then you will need to contact your funding source to report the fraud.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
