Fraudulent item

I am attempting to contact eBay because I have obtained two CoAs on an item that canâ€™t be authenticated or is reported false but I canâ€™t connect with a human on eBay. Any suggestions? I reported the seller but eBay responded and said they didnâ€™t agree. How do I provide me CoAs to them to price this and get a refund?

Prepare yourself for a return. Start with opening a return request for an item that doesnâ€™t match the listing.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
