Fraudulent ebay charges in my bank account

Question

I found 7 charges of $29 in my personal bank account. They were all labeled as related to ebay. What should I do? I already went to my bank and they said to get help from eBay.

If you go to your Transaction Summary in your Seller Hub, that should give you a detailed breakdown of every transaction related to your Account.

Also check your personal email connected to your eBay account. I always get a notification before eBay charges my bank account.

@pooralias As @fashionsandbeauty4u stated you should see what the charges are for on your All Transactions page> https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

I also recommend adding a credit card as your back up payment method for selling costs in account settings.
