fraudulent charges
I recently found charges on my card to ebay and I have not purchased. How the Hell do I get to talk to a live person? This is probably why I don't use ebay.

Customer service cannot give you any info on transactions not made through your account. They have no access to card numbers.
Call your credit card issuer and report your card compromised. They will freeze the card, issue a new one and dispute the charges on transactions froom eBay and any other vendors you identify as fraudulent.
