Fraudulent Charge to my Bank. No Customer Service.
This is the 2nd time in 1 month where there is a fraudulent charge to my bank account. There is no customer service & no help. Does anytime have a phone number I can call to speak with a human being to resolve this issue?

Mentor2 weeks ago@4sports eBay can only help if the item shows in your purchase history which would mean your account has been hacked.
This sounds like your bank information has been compromised and you need to contact your bank as @inceptions stated
These are the steps to take for a hacked eBay account.
This is the dedicated number for Trust and Safety: 1-866-961-9253
( customer service agents at this number can only help with account security issues)
Here's my advice to help secure your account:
#1 Run a full scan with your virus software to remove any spyware from your computer.
#2 Go to my eBay> account>personal information and make sure that all information is correct including your cell phone number, registered email and ship from and to addresses. Verify that your bank account information is correct.

#3 Change your password My eBay> account> sign in and security

#4 Secure your email account.
Be sure to use different passwords and secret questions on eBay and your email. Do not use these passwords on any other account.
Hacked accounts often start with a hacked email account.
#5 For extra protection consider turning on two-step verification. 3rd option on this page>

#6 Unlink all Social Sign in methods and change your passwords on those accounts too. The hacker will be able to use the social sign in links to sign in to your account again if you do not disconnect this option.

Mentor2 weeks agoBecause you are not aware of how to contact Ebay Customer Service does not mean there is no way to do it.
At the top and bottom of every page in Ebay are links to contact Customer Service.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT or ask an Agent to call you, in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

From this link you can request Ebay to call you in the USA. The option is available when Staff is available to respond, so NOT 24/7/365.

Mentor2 weeks agoHi @4sports
If you see a fraudulent charge on your bank statement and no corresponding orders in your Purchase History (or purchases using guest checkout), you nee d to contact your bank (ASAP) not eBay. Someone has gotten a hold of your bank information and is using it to make purchases on eBay (and potentially elsewhere).
