Fraudulent charge during bank account settings
Hi people, not sure if this happened to someone but i got a charge into my bank account that happened during the bank account settings, got my first item sold at Dec 2024 and Ebay send me a text message to complete my bank account settings and to make the sale transfer into my account.
I understand that this is a part of the process to confirm the account and for Ebay to protect and ensure the deposit is secure into the right bank account but something happen during the process and it is definitely related to the Ebay setting process.
Im looking for help, direction or something else, I’d like to get in contact with the right person at Ebay to help with this issue, the charge didnt happen at different time, it happened exactly during the process, same time, same day, same transaction, this is not right and believe Ebay must be respond for this kind of incident however not idea who should I contact or how to contact the right people to claim or complain.
any help or direction would be appreciated.
