Fraudulent buyer returned purchases -- NONE of them have been received
Please help us solve this mystery.
We have a buyer who used 10+ eBay accounts to make multiple purchases. Now she returned several of them under various pretext (wrong content, missing items, etc.)
We receive all our returns at our post office. But none of her returns have been received by our post office, even though tracking shows "delivered".
Also, it shows "delivered" several hours post closing time.
Our question: Is there a way to trick the postal system? Perhaps using the correct bar code but changing the address on the label?
We strongly believe the buyer did not return these items and trust our post office.
This is the first time we have lost packages in 10+ years, all from the same buyer.
How is this possible?

The receiving post office scanned the packages as delivered. There is no way the buyer can do it. Check to be sure that your return address is correct at the link below (and it's a good idea to check all addresses while you're on that page):
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
If the address is correct, I would ask your post office for help in locating the packages.
