Fraudulent buyer
I recently sold a phone that was in perfect condition with no damage to the screen or functionality as the buyer described. The buyer now wants to send back a phone that is defective when it wasn't before it was shipped. How can I protect myself from this fraudulent buyer?

Just because it worked when you had it, doesn't mean it works when the buyer receives it.
If they filed for a return and you want it back before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.
