Fraudulent Buyer
Buyer purchased item November 19. He claimed it " arrived Broken." He sent ONE picture of part of an item which I believe is not the one I sent. I request more photos and he refused. I offered a total refund when the item was returned. He NEVER returned the item I sold him. Several times I filed a buyer report with eBay and they did NOTHING to help me. The buyer then went directly to his financial institution and got reversed the charges. Again, contacted eBay and the did NOTHING. The buyer then sent me an item which was not the one I sold him. He put in a small broken candle holder , sent it to eBay Commerce using my address. I filmed myself opening the box as proof it was not my item. I again contacted eBay, sent them pictures of this. Nothing was done, the buyer still has my item and his false claim of returning the item won his case. What should I do as, Ebay is NOT supporting me or my case and will not remove the negative feedback he left.
