Fraudulent advertisin
My husband Dale. Recently purchased a headlight assembly for our 2010 Subaru Outback. The headlight assembly is supposed to come with the LED lightbulbs. The kit came with the incorrect LED bulbs. They do not fit the product. They sent H1 LED bulbs. The correct LED bulb is H7. After waiting on hold for over 2 hours I finally got a representative. They said that the didn't carry the H7 LED bulbs. How can they list and sell a product that is supposed to be compatible and then they send the wrong item and won't replace it with the correct item. This is fraudulent advertising. They are making money on their fraudulent product because they won't send the correct LED bulbs and will only refund a Minor portion of the price.
They shouldn't be allowed to sell any incorrect items like this.
