Fraudulent Ad. Includes pics of a different product.
I purchased a refurbished gaming keyboard that listed several pics showing features. Two of the pics showed a keyboard with a scroll wheel which was the feature I was selecting for. After ordering I showed ad to a family member more familiar with this keyboard who pointed out that the listing was for a different keyboard without that feature. I was denied a cancellation (just a couple hours later) because a label had been created (but product was not yet shipped). I now have to start the return process. I filed a fraud report with eBay but they found no wrong doing. Figures.... I guess it's ok to list a product then show pictures of an upgraded product on the ad. There's just no integrity anymore.

Mentor5 months ago@scudrunner1000. Sorry that happened. A buyer can only REQUEST to cancel, a seller can accept or decline.
You will need to file a return request after you receive the keyboard.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

If they don't agree to refund willingly then they get a DEFECT and don't get their sellers fees back.
