fraudulent account?
I think I was "phished" into verifying an eBay account that was not mine (or possibly creating one?).
I had reset Chrome and when I signed back into eBay I was prompted to verify and make a new password. Not thinking twice I entered my current email (which is not even the email I use for this eBay account!) and a new eBay password before I realized it was not my account. Interestingly, the only items in the watchlist were things that I had searched for and "watched" in late December, so this may have happened back then.
Anyway, I poked around in the account and found no activity or payment info, but it does have some of my personal info.
How can I close this account? I have the new password, so theoretically have the only access to the account right now (?).
