Fraudulent "abusive buyer" accusations from seller
How do you handle this? Rather than accept that a returned item was bad, i was immediately reported to prevent negative feedback or a refund, and ebay somehow will not let me appeal their decision to defend myself. I have other pics, but was accused of sending an old worn out, beat up gate opener to them when it was obviously the new one in the picture that they used.
