FRAUDULANT SELLER
I purchased items on eBay and received a delivery confirmation from eBay. Upon tracking the package it was delivered to a lock box in another state. I was not signed on to my account but as a GUEST. Cannot contact seller, getting message: "We're sorry, but this seller has chosen not to receive messages."
I have tried to contact eBay customer service by phone and on line to no avail. Since I purchased items as GUEST and not from my eBay account online services are unavailable. Phone call was totally automated and could not get past the AI. HELP

·1 year agoYou can still get help even though you bought it as a guest, and there is no need to contact the seller. Log out of your account and then use the link in your confirmation email or the instructions in this article to report that you did not receive the item. You may need confirmation from the carrier that it was not delivered to the address on your order.
