Fraud, Wrong computer arrived.
I ordered A MacBook Air, with M2 processor. I received An old MacBook Pro with a old I7 processor, and out dated OS that already limits what I can do.
eBay is making it hard to resolve the issue.
Pad $877 for the comp. with M2 and received the I7, and the size was wrong.
I need response from eBay.

When you receive something that is Not as described - does not match pictures or description you go to your Purchase history and file a claim using that reason for a return for a refund. You do not have to talk to either eBay or the Seller when you do this. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return the item regardless of the Seller's return policy.
You follow the instructions on the claim and it will lead to an eventual refund from either the Seller or you asking eBay to step in once the Seller has the item back in their possession.
