I placed an order on october 25th i bought a motherboard which was sent to me to the incorrect address it was a mistake by the seller he contacted me and told me he had send it to the wrong address but that he was going to send me the correct tracking number which he never did.
the seller user on ebay is no longer existent so i cant even contact him nor message him.
i opened up a case on ebay but the only option for me to use was that the product was damage because there wasnt any option for me to explain what had happened so now ebay is asking me to return the item but i never even got it.
what can i do ?

OP1 year agoi didnt pay with paypal i did the payment directly from ebay
when i selected that i didnt received the item it said that it had been delivered because the seller used a tracking number that it appeared as delivered i dont know what to do

You filed the wrong case....you needed to file a Refund Request due to item not received instead of a Return Request.
You can fild a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal to process your payment or contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
