fraud tracking numbers from China items
Have a seller that never sent item. Than claimed item was delivered after business closed. Shipper supplied with a China Post tracking number. Went to the USPS that delivers for them, the tracking number is a fraud and they have never had that item. Ebay will not help.....And can't get a real person
