fraud/ thief
ebay refuses to refund my money. Seller messaged and apoligized for delay, but never followed thru. Ebay did not look at communication from him to me. Closed issue wo blinking.
Guy is a hack and a fraud.

Did you file a Refund Request due to Item Not Received within 30 days from estimated date of delivery?
If so, and the seller did not refund you, did you return to your refund request after 4 days to ask Ebay to step in to help you?
If you still have not received the item, and your refund request has been closed, you can file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.
