Fraud seller using our address as a return address for their packages going to other buyers
Help someone!!! Ebay isn't being helpful at all with routing me to someone who can help with this.
An Ebay seller, who we did NOT buy from, is using our address as a return address.
A bunch of packages are now arriving at our door and after sleuthing online, I found one of the intended recipients who confirmed they ordered the item from a particular Ebay seller.
I am trying to track down the department inside Ebay that can do something about this - hopefully force the seller to stop using our address AND help get these packages to the intended recipients (not at our cost since we're not the sender).
It appears that Ebay doesn't allow for any scenario where the person asking for assistance is NOT a buyer and is NOT a seller, and instead is an innocent 3rd party.
I started posting on Twitter and AskEbay responded and said I need to call the Security Team and they gave me the number, but the AI phone tree there always routes me back to Ebay.com, no matter what kind of answer I give. Then after telling AskEbay what's happening, their excuse is the the Security Team is busy so I need to try back later. That's **bleep**! I can't even get to a busy message. Every different attempt at giving a differently-worded description of what I need (How can we help you) always ends up with a recommendation to go to Ebay.com. That's not a busy message. I asked if they can call my cell, and they said I'd have to change the number. The number shown on the account is available for them to call and they keep sending messages that they called and I don't answer, but I never actually get a call from them, so that's not even true. I asked if they can email to the Ebay account we never use, and they said I need to call them first.
How can I get them to start a conversation with me if I can never get through to them?

It's usually a seller from China.
When they get returns, instead of paying to have their junk shipped back to China, they pick an address of a former customer and use their address to have their returns shipped to.
It don't usually last long, they'll pick an address and use it for a few weeks, then change it.
Why do they do it, I don't know?
If they don't want their junk returned, why not just refund the buyers without returning the items.
You might try sending a message through their FaceBook page.
