There is no need to contact eBay just yet. As a Buyer, you are covered by the eBay 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If the jeans were delivered 30 days or less ago, go to that transaction and open an Item Not as Described refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund.
If the Seller doesn't respond on time, on the 4th day, go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
You must open that refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
