How can they possibly deny my refund when the paperwork I sent them shows I purchased a no carrier, unlocked phone. But received a AT&T, locked phone and that the phone was reported lost or stolen. The paperwork CLEARLY states this.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee is for up to 30 days after delivery. After that, your option is to try to file a chargeback with your payment company. They also have deadlines.
