Fraud scam rip off
Has anyone else have the experience of ordering an item from a vendor who claims to have multiple items in stock then having the vendor verify the order except payment then within 24 to 48 hours returning an email stating that they do not have the item in stock and that they are willing to return your money I recently experienced this when trying to purchase a horizontal gas powered motor the issue that I really take with this is that immediately after stating they did not have this in stock the exact same vendor listed this exact item for almost $200 to $300 less than the original listing price with the exact same stock amount I'm curious why eBay is not picked up on this or is it because eBay makes money on the transaction and as long as the customer returned their money within a 72 to 5-day period then technically there's no violation of eBay's code however if the vendor had no intention or did not have the item then that is a clear fraud just putting it out there to see if anybody else has had this experience
