Fraud Purchase
i bought an item, it was delivered to my town but a different address. The seller provided proof of address to the post office but it does not show my address. The postmaster gave me a letter saying that the package was in fact addressed to another address in my town and only weighted 13.60 oz when it should have weighted at least 8.2 lbs. Ebay closed the appeal with no explanation and I cannot find a way to get a hold of an Ebay representative. This case should never have been closed as the seller never provided proof that they sent the package to my home address. The only used the USPS tracking details that only shows the post offices address. What can I do?

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
