Fraud protection
Hi, what protections are there against fake sellers? Never really concerned before but just won a item & scared it maybe a scam. Never dealt with that before. Does Ebay protect me at all? Thanks

eBay has a Money Back Guarantee policy that covers faulty/damaged items, items not described, and items that never arrived! Many purchases are covered under this Money Back Guarantee policy with some exclusions on the items or reason of return. Quoting how the policy works:

I have bought and sold on eBay for a few years now and I have only used the policy once for an item that was not described and had no issues
