Fraud or not?
This is the email that I got from a seller on your site. Fraud or not?
After my husband passed, I had to move out and now I'm living with my parents in Lawrence, KS. Before leaving I had pre-arranged the deal with eBay so my presence isn't necessary. The boat is in the eBay custody at their shipping company, sealed with all the papers. The deal includes free delivery and it will arrive at your address within 3 days with all the necessary documents for registration. In addition, you will get a 5 days inspection period before making any purchase, and if you find something wrong with the boat, you can just return it on my expense.
If you are interested in knowing more info about how it works, please reply with your full name, full shipping address and phone #, so I can notify eBay that you are selected as my possible buyer, and they will contact you to explain the entire procedure.

ebay has nothing to do with motor vehicles found on another website. ebay does not have a warehouse, does not ship to you for free to inspect and then ship it back if you don't like it. ebay does not accept ebay gift cards in payment for a motor vehicle.
If you don't find the motor vehicle listed ON ebay, with a 12 digit item number, that you either bid on or use the BUY IT NOW, the transaction is a SCAM. Stop communicating with the scammer. Report that "listing" to the website it is listed on.
