Fraud on return
The Seller listed item for size 10 - but it appears it that it is US -6 and UK - 10
I received item on May 15 and Item was closed as not returnable on the Same day
This case demonstrate that seller made a mistake, But I cannot return this item

I was calling to ebay and writing them emails but no one can speak and help on this.
I am very disappointed with eBay and how it is running business. This is a legal case.
Not sure what to do , I am frustrated
Why Customers should be paying money for Sellers mistakes - there is no way to appeal it

Mentor4 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
