Fraud on purchase
I purchased an item from seller (edenbenmoshe) and it was never delivered to my house, so I started an investigation with PayPal, eBay and the United States Postal Service.
Now the United States Postal service has come back with the following statement:
"The item you were inquiring about xxxxxxx, had a different address on it other than yours, you will need to contact your bank, appears this was fraud."
How is it still possible for eBay to still have this seller on their website that committed fraud?
