Fraud on my purchase
The seller publishes a complete article
He sends me an empty box.
by mistake
I opened a case because my package did not arrive
I already contacted the seller, he replied mocking that in the small letters it says that it is only the box.
I checked the publication and there it says that it is the game console and a control.

I have not received a good answer.
The seller has already changed the description of the article
perhaps to justify its theft.
I can't find the option to request that Ebay intervene in this situation

If you opened an 'Item not received' case ... then it was the wrong one for this situation. You have to open a 'return request' and choose 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request. [You are able to change the kind of case.]
If the seller doesn't provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
The seller is being too cute by half. They cannot hide behind their 'only a box' statement if the item was listed in the Category of the physical item.
