Fraud on eBay and ZERO Help
No matter how hard I try, I cannot reach anybody on eBay to report a seller that is selling counterfeit items. This seller sold me an item that is 100% not the real thing, and I need to report him. I just can't reach anybody at eBay. I am past the 30-day mark, so they just shut me down completely no matter how hard I try. This is really awful. I am going to start by reporting eBay to the regulatory agencies. Anybody have any advice on this?

·1 year agoeBay did not sell the item, so they are not the one you need to report. If you're past the 30 day mark, you have gone beyond the Money Back Guarantee timeframe, which limits your options. You can still report the seller via this link: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/report-issue-seller?id=4022
