Fraud...?. Maybe.
Ok.. so, here's the deal. Purchased this silver bullion. Header said 1oz .9999 silver Aztec calendar coin. (Lot of 20)
The description said (20 oz total precious metal)
Now, granted the price was low... if it wasn't for the ebay purchase protection. .never would've risked it.
But so package arrives. And is only a single 1oz Aztec calendar coin. Just one.
So, get on ebay and put in 'item not as described' and its telling me to ship it back. Probably on my dime. Not sure. But my issue is...what is done about this sellers fraudulent sale? Because it was stated enougg that is was 20 single 1oz pieces that it wasn't an opps kinda mistake.
Anyone? . Its really kind of upsetting that someone can say I'm selling this many. .and then ship you one. And not be any kind of ramifications.

Mentor9 months ago@jaco_buckw A sellers listing can not be misleading. The seller pays return shipping and refunds you 100%
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
